Araku Valley Gold

A tribute to the vibrant biodiversity of the Eastern Ghats. This single-origin specialty coffee is grown by tribal farmers in the Araku Valley at elevations exceeding 1,200 meters. We roast this bean lightly to preserve its delicate, tea-like floral aromatics. Every sip reveals a bright, citrusy acidity of orange zest, mellowed by the natural sweetness of forest honey. Best enjoyed as a Pour-Over or Aeropress to experience the full spectrum of its floral jasmine notes.
